Flinders will be appearing on Raidio na Life to promote his new album, “As soon as it ever Stops” on Wednesday 9th May between 8 and 8.30pm

He’ll be playing a few songs live as well as being interviewed. In Irish!

The new album “As soon as it ever stops” is set for release on Thursday the 24th May 2012 with a full band show at The Cobblestone, Dublin.

flinders knows that its a school-night, but would love for as many people to come as possible.

The record has been sent out to all radio stations and magazines, so hopefully a few reviews and perhaps an interview will be delivered prior to the release.

The record will available through the shop section of this website and I-Tunes over the coming days. If you want a CD, email me your address at flinders@eircom.net and i’ll post one out to you.

New Album 2012

Hi there,

So its been a while since flinders has been out and about, and many of you are wondering what is happening. Well, here goes….

NEW ALBUM

Flinders has made a new album. It took a while, but its done.

Final packaging is being arranged, and in the New Year, it will be released on the unsuspecting public.

It will be mainly released as a download, with a few hundred CDs pressed for those who get to them first.

You will be able to buy it off the shop section of the website. I’ll keep people posted on a release date.

Flinders is going to play his first show in a while at Moxie Music Studios this coming Saturday evening.

Flinders Returns to play live

Flinders is returning to the live stage with a show in Slatterys in Rathmines, Dublin on Saturday the 10th July 2010.

Flinders is now a two pronged attack on your senses with Iain O’Farrell having joined the frey….

We will be debuting new songs as well as playing some of the oldies……

Admission is €5

Doors are at 9.00pm.

Heh there,

So flinders had a quite 2009, which was not intended but occured anyway, which is a shame.

2010 should see the release of a new E.P/Album and some more gigs. Flinders now consists of Iain O’Farrell and Philip Flynn, with a few more recruits to be added along the way.

A lot of new songs have been written and they shall be aired as the opportunity arises.

Hope to see ye all at a gig soon.

flinders is taking a quick break for January as he attempts to navigate the fact that everyone is losing their job and he dosent want to….

He will return in late Feruary/early march with some more live shows. Every ticket to these shows will come with a free job!

Flinders would like to say a fine “thank you” to all of the people who came out to the gigs throughout November and December….

Flinders will be back in the new year with a new attitude and a recession…
